| BOOTH RENTAL RATES |
Corporate Members of AFCEA - $1,800 per 10'x10'
Non-Corporate Members of AFCEA - $2,100 per 10'x10'
Small Business/Government/Military/Academia - $1,200 per 10'x10'
The exhibit fee includes:
- Attendee networking functions in the Exhibit Hall
- Company/Organization listing on Website
- Listing on interactive exhibit hall layout with links to Company/Organization Website
- Exhibitor Prospectus listed in Final Program

- Two complimentary full registrations
- Complimentary luncheon receptions, Tuesday, October 23 and Wednesday, October 24

| EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION |
View the current exhibit hall layout and select one or more of the available spaces. Exhibit spaces are going very fast so don’t delay, register online and list your preferred choices. The shaded booths have already been assigned. We ask that you list at least 3 choices because your first choice may have already been assigned. The committee will make every attempt to keep the layout as current as possible. The spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive an initial confirmation that your application has been received. Once the exhibit manager has processed the application and assigned your booth location you will receive a final confirmation.
Please Note: An email confirmation will be sent immediately following the submission of your application. If you do not receive this email within 2 hours of submission, your application may not have been received and should be re-submitted. To ensure your application is received please make sure your computer meets the following criteria:

| CANCELLATION |
Refunds for all or any part of exhibit space cancelled, which has been assigned and accepted by an exhibitor shall be refunded per the following schedule:
- 75% before June 2, 2007
- 50% from June 2, 2007 thru July 20, 2007
- No refunds will be honored if received after July 20, 2007
Any reduction of space will be considered a cancellation of space, and the penalty schedule will apply. Refunds due to an exhibitor will be made after the completion of the InfoTech 2007 Conference and Trade Show.
