This is the eighteenth annual Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) Dayton-Wright Chapter InfoTech Conference and Tradeshow. This conference is AFCEA’s premier information technology event in the mid-west, featuring top-level speakers, business seminars, and continuing education training sessions and over 100 exhibiting companies. The local and national companies involved in the conference have a wonderful opportunity to introduce their state-of-the-art technologies and services to government business professionals/users and show how they can enable continuous process improvements, competitive strength, and performance enhanced efficiencies.

| Cancellation Policy |
Need to cancel? You may cancel and substitute another attendee without penalty at any time. If you cancel with no replacement you must cancel on or before October 15, 2007 and a refund will be issued minus a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations must be requested in writing and received no later than October 15, 2007 to be eligible for the refund. Any cancellations received after October 15, 2007 will not be eligible for refund.

| Onsite Check-in |
All participants are required to check in at the event registration to pick up badges, conference materials, etc. We encourage all participants to pre-register prior to the show so that the committee can plan accordingly to make your registration process as smooth as possible. However, onsite registrations will be accepted.

The Banquet on Wednesday, October 24, will be Black Tie Optional.
