The Crowne Plaza Dayton is connected by skywalk to the Dayton Convention Center. The hotel is centrally located to all of Dayton’s major businesses and popular attractions. Sitting on the threshold of Dayton’s historic Oregon District, you’re just steps away from historical buildings, antique shops, café’s, a comedy club, street vendors, musicians, and a unique Rock Climbing Gym.
The Crowne is 20 miles from the Dayton International Airport and 60 miles from the Cincinnati International Airport.

To reserve a room, contact the Crowne Plaza reservation line at (937) 224-0800. Reservations may also be made online at www.cpdayton.com using the group booking codes (Corporate Code: AC7, Government Code: AG7). Corporate rates are $99.00. Government reservations will be charged the current government per diem rate in effect at the time of the Conference and are in limited supply (current per diem rate: $80.00). All reservations must be accompanied by a first night deposit, guaranteed with a major credit card. Please indicate that you are attending the AFCEA INFOTECH Conference to be eligible for the reserved blocks. All government guests will be required to show a military picture ID upon check-in. All room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) in effect at the time of check in.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in time at the Crowne Plaza Dayton is 3:00 PM. Individuals may be checked in earlier depending on occupancy levels and availability of rooms. Check out time is 12:00 Noon.
PARKING
Parking is complimentary to hotel guests in the adjacent 1,500-space parking center. Valet parking is available for $11.00.
Local attendees not requiring overnight accommodations or not staying at the Dayton Crowne Plaza may choose to park at the Dayton Parking Garage, which is connected via skywalk to the hotel. Parking rates are $6.00 per day at the Dayton Parking Garage.

COMPLIMENTARY AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Enjoy the convenience of shuttle service to and from the Dayton International Airport. The airport shuttle leaves the hotel on the hour and pick up at the airport is on the half hour. Service begins at 7:00 AM and ends at 10:00 PM.
When making your hotel reservation, just let the reservation desk know your flight itinerary so they may schedule the shuttle.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Transportation available from the Dayton International Airport to the Crowne Plaza Dayton Hotel and Dayton Convention Center includes:
- Airport Limo Service. One-way fare is $35.00 plus tax and roundtrip fare is $65.00 plus tax. Limos run approximately every 25 minutes. A reservation is not needed from the airport. Tickets can be purchased from the dispatcher at the airport limo service booth located near the baggage claim area. For additional information call (937) 898-7171.
- Taxi. One-way fare is $25.00 to $30.00.
- Rental Car. The Dayton International Airport houses the following major rental car agencies: Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Hertz and Thrifty.
- Directions. From the Dayton International Airport take the airport access road to I-70 East to I-75 South to St. Rt. 35 East. Take the Main Street and Jefferson Street exit (Exit 54B). Turn right (north) onto Jefferson Street to the 3rd light and turn left onto Fifth Street, to the Dayton Convention Center.
