Refunds for all or any part of exhibit space cancelled, which has been assigned and accepted by an exhibitor shall be refunded per the following schedule:

75% before June 2, 2008

50% from June 2, 2008 thru July 21, 2008
-
No refunds will be honored if received after July 21, 2008
Any reduction of space will be considered a cancellation of space, and the penalty schedule will apply. Refunds due to an exhibitor will be made after the completion of the InfoTech 2008 Conference and Trade Show.
