As part of InfoTech, a themed evening banquet "Bright Lights & Vegas Nights" is planned for Wednesday, October 21, 2009. This evening brings together many of the government and industry officials connected with information technology. This is a great opportunity to interact with many professionals and have a wonderful, enjoyable evening. Banquet tables are sold at this event to help increase the number of scholarship recipients. A banquet table sponsored by your company will not only get your company exposure, but you will also help increase the scholarship dollars. More dollars equal more scholarship recipients.
General Information about the tables:
- Each Table seats 10 individuals
- Any number of seats may be returned to AFCEA InfoTech committee for military or government guests of the association
- The AFCEA Dayton-Wright Chapter/InfoTech committee will invite the appropriate number of guests to fill all seats; however, they can not guarantee 100% response from invited guests
- If you have provided a wish list that contains the names of Government/Military guests, AFCEA will make every effort to fill your requests, however, we cannot guarantee that those guests will be seated at your table. Please remember that you or a representative of your organization are NOT to personally invite a government or military member to sit at your table. This request must be made through AFCEA.

Register for your table before August 28, 2009 and pay the discounted price of $850. To obtain the discounted rate, payment and application must be received on or prior to August 28, 2009. Applications and payments received after this date will automatically receive the $950 rate. Don’t delay; make sure you get your forms/payments in by August 28, 2009.
For reservations made after August 28, 2009, the banquet table fees will be $950.
All banquet table sponsorships must be received by September 25, 2009 to give the committee ample time to arrange placement and seating. |
