Cyber Café	$1750	SOLD
The Cyber Café provides great visibility for your organization. To be a Cyber Café sponsor you must provide all equipment (computers, printers, keyboards, etc.) and internet access to operate the Café throughout the conference. Proper signage will be provided. The Cyber Café can be placed in many high traffic areas. For placement of the Cafe, please contact the sponsorship coordinator at ttapia@utcdayton.com.

Opening Session Coffee Break Sponsor	$3000	Available
This break is the official welcome of all conference attendees to the Opening Session. You may wish to provide your own coffee mugs with your logo to support your company branding. The committee will make the arrangements for the coffee service. In addition to the recognition that all sponsors will receive, this sponsor will receive signage at break area.

Luncheon receptions will be provided in the exhibit hall on Tuesday, 23 October and Wednesday, 24 October. This is an outstanding opportunity to reach and interact with all speakers and conference attendees. You may wish to provide any napkins, cups, etc. to promote your company branding. As part of InfoTech, a themed evening banquet is planned for Wednesday. This evening brings together many of the government officials connected with information technology. Banquet Commemorative Coin Sponsor	$3000 Exclusive Sponsor	Available
This year the InfoTech committee will again produce a commemorative coin for each person in attendance at the banquet on Wednesday, 24 October. This coin will have the AFCEA logo on one side and a logo representing the evening on the opposite side. This coin will be packaged in a plastic holder with two flaps. One flap will house the coin and the other flap will house the sponsoring organization’s name and logo.

InfoTech will distribute 2500 lanyards with the conference logo and your company logo to all attendees. The investment price includes production of the lanyards. (Price can be negotiated if lanyards are provided by company)
